Delivery

All products are digital audio files. Nothing is shipped. Your files are available in My Purchases right after payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds and always within 24 hours.

Keeping access

After payment you receive a private access key. Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times on a limited number of devices, as shown at checkout. If you lose the key you can get a new one with the email and mobile number from your order.

Refunds & cancellations

You can hear a preview before buying, and digital downloads cannot be returned, so sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded. We do refund you if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• you paid but could not get your files and we can't fix it within 7 days; or
• the file is corrupt or not what was described, and we can't replace it.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID through the official links. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the order failed, your bank returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
